A company working in the field of trade and maintenance need to fill the following position:
Sales Engineer
Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales engineer specializing in Applied HVAC systems, Ducted Split, and Split units to join our Sales team in a well reputed company.
This sales-focused role drives revenue growth for our large-scale HVAC solutions by understanding customer needs, promoting our technical capabilities, and closing profitable contracts for complex HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.
Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct site visits and consultations to understand customer HVAC requirements.
Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our applied HVAC offerings.
Prepare compelling technical submittals and commercial proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have 5-7 years of field experience in Qatar.
Proven track record in B2B sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of applied HVAC systems, Ducted Split, and Split units, components, and control systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills for analyzing project costs and preparing competitive bids.
Effective networking skills and ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred).
