• Providing day-to-day Secretarial & Administrative
• Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM). Memo and agenda.
• Coordinating board meetings, meetings with foreign
• To maintain effective documentation, regularly review,
updated and ensure all documents can be easily and
readily retrieved. Have developed Filling/Retrieving
• Manage day to day office work, planning and scheduling
of Meetings, appointments etc.
• Phone Calls: Answer the phone calls. Filter the calls as
per priority. Answer the calls with diplomacy. Note the
massage. Communicate outside for completing various
• 5 Years’ experience on this position.
• Graduate & Computer Literacy.
• Proficiency on writing and speaking in English & Arabic
