Contracts Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 05-08 years of Experience.

• Should be able to manage O & M wet and dry utility tenders (Civil,

Mechanical, Electrical and Telecom).

• Drafting and review of Tender document, Contract Formation,

Administration and Management. (FIDIC, bespoke, etc.)

• Liaising with many different parties including technical and financial

staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client representatives.

• Sound knowledge in drafting contractual letters.

• Convincing skills- Negotiate terms and conditions with client and

subcontractors.

• Must be good at interpreting Contractual terms.

• Should have worked earlier in the same role.

QA/QC Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical / Civil Engineering with

minimum 8-10 years’ experience with additional Qualifications and

holding certificate in ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate for Quality

Management System.

• Should be able to prepare material submittals, ITP, Inspection report,

Method statement and procedures.

• Adequate knowledge in QCS 2014.

Project Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 05-08 years of

Experience,

• should have handled Ashghal Projects with wet and dry utilities.

Works Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Mechanical engineering with 08-10 years

of Experience.

• Should be able to manage O & M of Pressure pipe lines.

• Experience in Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities in

Pressure lines.

• Monitor and control the project team

• Coordination with client representative and other stakeholders
