تعلن شركة مصاعد عريقة في دولة قطر عن حاجتها إلى تعيين مسؤول خبير في المشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، سلاسل الإمداد، الخدمات اللوجستية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة المصاعد أو البناء أو الهندسة.
تعتبر الخبرة في شراء مواد المصاعد وقطع الغيار والمعدات ميزة إضافية.
خبرة قوية في البحث عن الموردين، الحصول على عروض الأسعار، التفاوض على الأسعار، وإصدار أوامر الشراء.
خبرة في تنسيق الشحنات الدولية، وكلاء الشحن، التخليص الجمركي، وعمليات التوصيل.
معرفة جيدة بشحن ومستندات الاستيراد.
القدرة على المتابعة مع الموردين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب للمواد.
مهارات جيدة في الاتصال، التفاوض، والتنظيم.

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS OFFICER
A well-established Elevator Company in Qatar is looking for an experienced Procurement & Logistics Officer.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the elevator, construction, or engineering industry.
Experience in procurement of elevator materials, spare parts, and equipment is an advantage.
Strong experience in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.
Experience in coordinating international shipments, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and deliveries.
Good knowledge of shipping and import documentation.
Ability to follow up with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
